searching for one full-time Maintenance Technician to join our team

Experience. Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm.

- On-Call bonus. Role and Responsibilities: - Assist with resident
work orders in apartments. - Assist with turnover of apartments. -
May perform grounds/landscaping work as needed. - Light electrical,
plumbing, HVAC in apartments. - Appliance repair. - Customer
service. - Snow removal duties. Requirements: - Prior residential
maintenance experience is preferred. - Working cell phone. -
Excellent customer service and sales skills. - Valid PA Drivers
License and reliable transportation. - High School Diploma/GED.
