position will assist in developing specifications and technical
design for Spirit's \'In Store Experience\' displays and special
projects, from concept to design approval. Collaborate with
Operations, Marketing, and Buying teams on storyboard/3D designs,
structural engineering, and special effects. Create design
specifications for sourcing and production, draft spec-books,
validate and approve samples, and ensure adherence to timelines.
Design cutting edge \'In-Store Experience\' displays Research and
create mood boards, inspiration, and presentation decks to present
to cross-functional partners and executive teams Create and
maintain specification sheets, renderings, SketchUp models, and
other assets for design team and external partners Assist with
various processes, timelines, and specifications for display
production Organize details and due dates for display samples,
development and production, and assist in obtaining approvals from
Spirit leadership Partner with Visual Merchandisers to develop
detailed documentation and instruction for training practices and
execution in store Engineer and translate concepts to detailed
3D/architectural design, using SketchUp, or similar 3D software
programs Collaborate in execution of graphics/textures/lighting in
3D to prove concepts in 3D and through sampling Follow and manage
an organized timeline for design creation/approval for production
Other duties may be assigned Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in
Design or Engineering and/or two to three years related experience
Strong working knowledge of SketchUp or similar 3D/architectural
software and Photoshop or similar image/graphic editing software.
Experience with Enscape a plus Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft
Excel, Word, Outlook, and Publisher Highly creative with an ability
to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced work setting Strong
sketching, illustration, and 3D rendering skills Detail oriented,
with solid organizational, prioritization and project management
skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Able to
travel to stores and other events to research future opportunities
The pay range reflects the potential base salary range for this
role. Individual base pay is determined by various factors such as
relevant experience and skills, and the scope and responsibilities
of the position. Pay Range $50,000 - $65,000
