Job Description Job Description Must have completed Behavior
Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1 years
Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these
qualifications will not be considered. This contract position is
for a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) supporting K-12 students
in a public school setting. The role involves working full-time
on-site to implement behavior intervention plans and support
students behavioral goals under the supervision of a Board
Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Key Responsibilities: Provide
one-on-one behavioral support and intervention for students with
diverse learning needs Collect data on student progress and
communicate with the supervising behavior specialist Implement
behavior plans that promote positive behaviors and improve student
engagement Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to create
a supportive educational environment Qualifications: Current
National RBT certification through the BACB is required Experience
working with K-12 students in school environments preferred Strong
communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with
multidisciplinary teams Commitment to student-centered support and
behavior management Location and Schedule: Position is located
on-site in Arlington, Texas within a K-12 public school Full-time,
approximately 37.5 hours per week Contract role with a duration
