Job Description Job Description Master's degree in
Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A Speech
Language Pathologist (SLP) with a valid Maryland professional
license is needed for multiple school-based assignments in the
Baltimore area, including community preschools, elementary, and
middle schools. These travel assignments require working directly
with students across a range of age groupsfrom preschool through
middle schooland providing support in both itinerant and
school-based settings. Key Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality
speech and language therapy services to students in preschool,
elementary (PreK-5), and secondary (6-8) settings. Manage caseloads
efficiently, adapting therapy approaches to meet individual student
needs. Provide supervision and collaboration with Speech Language
Pathology Assistants (SLPA) as part of service delivery. Travel
between multiple school sites, including community preschools and
various elementary and middle schools. Maintain compliance with
Marylands House Bill 486 requirements, including district
background check, fingerprinting, and employment history review.
Participate in prescreen interviews and credentialing processes as
requested. Assignment Details: Locations: Community Preschool
locations (itinerant), Magnolia Elementary, Prospect Mill
Elementary, Aberdeen Middle School Start dates range from January
9, 2026, through March 16, 2026, with contract durations extending
into late May or June and possible extension into Extended School
Year (ESY) services in July. Hours: Full-time (37.5 hours/week,
Monday-Friday) and part-time (30 hours/week, Monday-Thursday with
option for 5 days). The role supports diverse student populations
ranging from preschoolers to middle schoolers. Qualifications and
Experience: Active Maryland Speech-Language Pathologist license
(CCC preferred). Experience working in school settings with
children from preschool to secondary levels. Ability to travel
between assigned locations efficiently. Strong communication and
organizational skills. Willingness to supervise and collaborate
