The role demands meticulous attention to ensure energy efficiency and sustainability while adhering to safety and environmental regulations. The successful candidate will be crucial in optimizing our facility operations to support our healthcare services, which range from primary care to advanced surgeries across the D.C.-Maryland-Virginia region. Perform daily operations and maintenance checks on power plant equipment. Monitor and analyze energy consumption and output metrics. Implement energy-saving and operational efficiency initiatives. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards. Prepare reports on plant operations and maintenance for senior management. Collaborate with facility management to integrate energy systems with healthcare operations. Proficiency in energy management systems Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Experience with predictive and preventive maintenance programs Excellent technical writing and communication skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certified Energy Manager (CEM) preferred
