position is $36-$39 per hour , based on experience. Field Service

Automation Highlights This position is a contract assignment with
the potential to become permanent based on attendance, performance,
and business needs. The required availability for this position is
full-time, with on-call and travel requirements up to 50% . Field
Service Engineer ??? Laboratory Automation Responsibilities
Install, troubleshoot, and upgrade automated molecular instruments
. Provide on-site support for laboratory automation systems.
Respond to emergency service requests via dispatch. Communicate
service expectations, estimated arrival times, and follow-ups to
customers. Work independently using schematics, diagrams, and
service manuals . Maintain service documentation, inventory, and
calibrated tools . Handle customer complaints and report issues in
appropriate systems . Utilize company credit card responsibly
within guidelines. Provide on-call support based on published
schedules or urgent needs. Adhere to HIPAA, OSHA, FDA, ISO, GMP,
and PPE safety requirements . Field Service Engineer ??? Laboratory
Automation Requirements Associate Degree required (Technical Field
Preferred). 3-5 years experience in Electrical, Electronics,
Mechatronics, Biomedical, or Informatics . Valid state-issued
driver???s license with a clean driving record (minimum 3 years).
Ability to lift up to 70 lbs, stand/bend for prolonged periods, and
push/pull materials up to 100 lbs . Attendance is mandatory for the
first 90 days . Field Service Engineer ??? Laboratory Automation
Preferred Qualifications Strong understanding of electro-mechanical
devices, PLCs, pneumatics, and networking architecture .
Intermediate computer security and software upgrade knowledge .
Proficient in software installations and troubleshooting .
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service
