Job Description Job Description Professor Gatsby's Heating & Cooling in Williamstown, NJ is actively seeking a full-time Lead HVAC Installer to install residential as well as light commercial heating and air conditioning systems. This position also manages the installation crew and helps with the communication of projects between our customers and our office. Our Lead HVAC Installers typically work Monday through Friday from 7 AM to 4 PM or 8 AM to 5 PM with overtime that varies based on the time it takes for completion of projects resulting in some weekly overtime. QUALIFICATIONS 5 years of experience Physical ability to lift 50 lbs and perform typical tasks associated with installing heating and air conditioning systems Valid driver's license and a clean driving record Previous project management experience with HVAC installations is highly desired but not required.
