Technician Job Description Join our team as an Electronics Repair
Technician, where you will be responsible for diagnosing, fixing,
and testing electronic circuit boards. This role involves using
tools like multimeters and oscilloscopes to identify issues,
replace faulty parts, and ensure optimal performance of electronic
components. We are looking for individuals with strong technical
skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a commitment to
following safety procedures. Responsibilities Identify and isolate
faults on printed circuit boards (PCBs) using multimeters,
oscilloscopes, and logic analyzers. Perform component-level repair
by replacing defective parts such as integrated circuits (ICs),
resistors, capacitors, and transistors. Utilize advanced soldering
techniques, including surface-mount technology (SMT) and
through-hole soldering, to replace components without damaging the
board. Conduct rework and modification of circuit cards as needed.
Perform functional tests on repaired circuit cards to ensure they
meet specified performance parameters using test fixtures and
automated test equipment (ATE). Maintain accurate records of all
repair activities, including the nature of faults, components
replaced, and final test results. Document recurring issues for
process improvement. Collaborate with engineering and quality
assurance teams to resolve technical issues. Adhere to all safety
protocols, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
and proper handling of electrostatic-sensitive devices (ESD).
Essential Skills 8-10 years of experience in electronic testing,
troubleshooting, and repairing circuit boards/motherboards. An
Associate's degree in electronics, a technical school certificate,
or equivalent military training in a relevant field. Proven
experience in troubleshooting and repairing electronic circuits and
PCBs. Familiarity with schematic diagrams and technical drawings.
Strong knowledge of analog and digital electronics. Proficiency
with electronic test equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters,
and function generators. Exceptional soldering and de-soldering
skills for both SMT and through-hole components. Excellent
problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to read
and interpret technical documentation. Additional Skills &
Qualifications Experience with circuit board assembly and repair.
Knowledge of electronic assembly and industrial repair processes.
Familiarity with using microscopes for detailed inspection.

of Exton, PA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is
$72800.00 - $93600.00/yr. -Current benefit package includes a
comprehensive Medical (Independent Administrators), Dental
(MetLife), & Vision (VBA) program with no grace period -Vacation -
2 weeks accrual -Holidays - 9 public 3 floating holidays -Sick - 6
days -401k (up to 4%) match after 90 days -Bonus Plan (5%) Annually
