Description: Position Summary: We are seeking an Experienced
Automotive Technician to join our Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, and Ram
service team. The ideal candidate will have strong diagnostic and
repair skills, a passion for quality work, and a commitment to

Duties & Responsibilities: Perform accurate diagnostics and repairs
on CDJR vehicles. Complete routine maintenance services and safety
inspections. Conduct 12-point video inspections for transparency
and customer trust. Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues
using advanced tools. Maintain compliance with manufacturer
standards and safety protocols. Communicate effectively with
service advisors and customers. Qualifications: 3 years of
experience as an automotive technician (CDJR experience preferred).
ASE certifications strongly desired. Virginia State Inspection
License preferred . Proficiency with diagnostic equipment and
repair tools. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
