Manager, Control Tower & Special Projects, to join Element Fleet

- An individual with demonstrated success in root cause analysis
of issues and working with key organizational stakeholders to
suggest and implement process improvement?As the Manager, Control
Tower & Special Projects, you will play a key role in leading one
of the portfolio streams within the Armada footprint. This role is
expected to actively engage with the client to build and strengthen
the relationship through the day-to-day operations as well as
understand and service their needs within the specific domain. The
role will also provide program direction internally within element
to Direct Reports, internal Stakeholders and VendorsA Day in the
Life
- Supervise and manage a team of 6-8 employees, providing
guidance and support for day-to-day operations
- Demonstrate Element's People Leadership Capabilities: Leading

Others, and Developing Talent
- Foster collaboration, teamwork, and continuous learning to
deliver superior client service, solidify client relationships and
maximize employee engagement. Coach, challenge, motivate and
proactively manage all team members to deliver best in class
service
- Responsible for the training, development, implementation, and
management of team and individual Goals & Objectives that are
aligned with the BSC goals of the organization
- Create and maintain detailed documentation for client programs
and projects, including planning and implementation strategies
- Ensure that all reporting is accurate and consistent, aligning
with operational goals and objectives. Provide relevant
reports/metrics to key stakeholders in defined timelines
- Present key data metrics during identified meetings with senior
leadership and client
- Manage escalations and drive accountability within the team to
ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLA's) and timely
resolution of issues
- Lead weekly client meetings to discuss progress, updates, and
any issues that may ariseRequirements
- High School Diploma, 2- or 4-year degree preferred
- Six Sigma Green Belt, Black Belt is preferred
- 5 years of experience leading projects in a complex
environment
- Process Management experience
- Experience leading people in cross functional settings is
preferredKnowledge & Competencies
- Relationship Building - must have strong interpersonal skills
to build and maintain trust with the client and the individual
business owners.
- Decision Making and Impact - will be required to review inbound
requests and use organizational knowledge to either action request,
or funnel to the appropriate team to action. They will also need to
determine if request needs to be escalated to leadership
- Problem Solving and Process Improvement - must be able to get
to the root cause of an issue and work with key organizational
stakeholders to suggest and implement process improvement.
- Client focused - Displays client empathy and a strong ability
to build relationships, handle escalations and bring issues to
resolution to the standards of the client
- History of successfully navigating complex environments with a
high change factor
- Excellent analytical skills, diagnostic reporting skills,
creative problem solver, curious
- Self-starter able to make an impact with little guidance
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Able to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
with strong program and project management skills to keep teams
organized and on track to committed deliverables.The hiring base
salary range for this position is $75,500 - $103,800 annually.
Actual compensation within this range will be dependent upon the
individual's knowledge, skills, experience, equity with other team
members, and alignment with market data. Please note that the
disclosed salary range is solely for candidates hired to perform
work within this geographic location. Candidates hired to work in
other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with
