Job Title: Home Health Registered Nurse Profession: Registered Nurse (RN) Specialty: Home Health Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Hours per Shift: 8 Experience: 1 years of recent Home Care experience required License: Active RN License Certifications: BLS (AHA) Must-Have: Must have a clear driving record. Must have an active driver's license. Must have current auto insurance. Must provide proof of driving credentials within 48 hours of offer acceptance. Description: A Home Care Visiting RN provides safe, holistic care to a population with multiple co-morbidities and advanced chronic illnesses. The RN educates regarding self-management and provides support to meet the needs of the patient, family, and community. Productivity expectation is 6 patients per day, totaling 30 patients per week. Mileage reimbursement is provided. IV and venipuncture experience is highly preferred. Homecare Home Base EMR experience is required. Previous travel experience is highly preferred.
