Employment Type: Local Contract Custom Healthcare Solutions is
seeking a Wound Care Registered Nurses (RNs) for an exciting PERM
position in Burlington, Camden, and Gloucester County. - PERM
PLACEMENT - Shift: 830AM-5PM; every 5th weekend - Pay Rate: Based
upon experience - Pay Scale: $81,000-$127,000 - Great benefits
package - Cell phone/laptop provided - Epic Charting System
Requirements: - NJ or Compact RN License - BLS/ACLS from AHA - Must
have experience working in Cardiac units, Telemetry and ICU - WOCN:
WOC (ET) nurse (CWOCN) by the Wound, Ostomy and Continence Nursing
Certification Board or presently enrolled in WOCN accredited ET
program with certification within 12 months of hire. - Heart
Failure: Certification in Heart Failure from an accredited program
preferred Duties: - Will travel to and see up to 6 patients per day
- Performs a gastrointestinal, genitourinary, integumentary or
cardiac assessment of the patient, leading to development,
implementation and evaluation of a plan of care - Administers,
monitors and documents therapeutic interventions and regimes
related to wound, ostomy, continence or heart failure. -
Effectively manages rapidly changing situations. - Participate in
clinical decision-making. - Promptly identify and address relevant
changes in clinical status to prevent hospitalizations - Educates
patient and family/responsible party regarding disease process,
individual care needs, wellness, safety issues, etc.
