Job Title: Inpatient Wound Ostomy Continence Nurse (WOCN) RN

Familiarity with charting systems, preferably Epic - Capacity to
float within the specialty if needed - Two satisfactory
professional references Description: The Inpatient Wound Ostomy
Continence Nurse works primarily during the day shift. The role
involves rounding on 4 to 5 units daily to provide expert wound
care. Clinical duties include assessment and management of pressure
injuries, chronic and acute wounds, and ostomy care. Travelers will
not be required to work weekends, but holiday coverage may be
required as scheduled. Patients span all age groups, and the
average daily patient census is approximately 15. The nurse will
perform procedures including assessment using Braden scale,
management of various wound types, and education for patients and
families. Collaboration with interdisciplinary teams is essential
for optimal patient outcomes. The candidate must be comfortable
floating to different units within the specialty as needed. All
candidates are expected to comply with facility policies and have
the necessary skills in wound care management. Travel experience
and previous charge experience are advantageous but not mandatory.
Candidates must hold a valid RN license and required certifications
