Job Description Pride Health is hiring – Pediatric OR Surgical Tech – Baltimore, Maryland Contract: 13 Weeks Shift: Rotating Shifts Scheduled Hours: 40 hrs/week Pay Range: $1,700–$1,800/week Description: Exciting short-term opportunity for an experienced Pediatric OR Surgical Tech in a high-acuity pediatric surgical setting. This role allows you to work independently as a Scrub Tech while gaining exposure to a wide variety of pediatric specialties . Requirements: Current Pediatric OR experience BLS certification 4–5 years of Surgical Tech experience Completion of a Surgical Tech program EPIC experience Strong adaptability, teamwork, and critical-thinking skills Work Schedule / Hours: Rotating schedules providing variety across shifts Mon, Tues: 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM Wed: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM Thurs: Night shift 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM Will Do Call: On-call rotation per unit 4–6 call shifts per 6-week schedule Includes weekday, weekend, and holiday call On-call coverage for emergency cases only Specialties Supported: Pediatric Cardiac Surgery General Surgery Neurosurgery Orthopedics Plastics GYN ENT Ophthalmology Trauma Interested?
