Job Description:
Tender Touch Rehab Services is seeking a dedicated and
compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team. Our
mission is to deliver personalized rehabilitation therapy services
that enhance the well-being and quality of life of our patients. As
a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will work under the supervision
of our licensed Physical Therapists to administer therapeutic
treatments designed to ease patients' pain and increase their
mobility in various healthcare settings serviced by our
organization. Assist Physical Therapists in implementing treatment
plans designed for each patient's needs and response to therapy.
Monitor patient performance and progress to report necessary
changes to the lead therapist. Educate patients and their families
about in-home treatment strategies and exercises. Ensure the
treatment area is prepared before therapy sessions and cleaned
after use. Adhere to all facility policies and procedures while
upholding the standards of professional ethics. Strong
interpersonal and communication skills Capability to handle
physical demands such as moving patients or equipment Ability to
work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team Excellent
observational skills to accurately report patient progress Medical
Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Valid Physical
Therapist Assistant state license CPR certified is preferred
