Physical Therapy is managed in ShiftWise Flex, and contracts to
join that program will be issued once the offer is extended and
accepted by the traveler. All compliance, billing, and assignment
management will take place in ShiftWise Flex. Will float between
(24737 N Lake Pleasant Pkwy 106, Peoria, AZ 85383) and Surprise
(14071 W Bell Rd, Surprise, AZ 85374) clinics *Peoria: Monday and
Wednesday: 10-7 Friday: 8-5 *Surprise: Tuesday and Thursday: 7-4
Must have 1 years experience. Dress Code: Business Casual (Khaki's
and polo's are fine) EHR: NextGen Patient Age Group: Adults;
Adolescent; Geriatrics Visits Per Day: 10-15 Caseload size: 25-35
cases per week Professional Skills: Screening/Building Caseload
