Here, you will be integral in helping patients regain their functional abilities through diverse therapy methodologies, guided by our commitment to excellence and personalized care. Develop personalized treatment plans based on each patient's specific needs and medical history. Perform hands-on therapy sessions and recommend therapeutic exercises. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as necessary. Educate patients and their families on post-treatment care and preventive measures. Maintain patient records and prepare reports detailing progress and treatment plans. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care. Stay updated on the latest physical therapy practices and technologies. Expertise in physical therapy techniques and patient assessment. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to handle physically demanding tasks. Skills in developing tailored care plans. Proficiency in using medical software and physical therapy tools. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Valid state Physical Therapy license. Optional but beneficial: certification from the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties (ABPTS).
