management. Flexible Commitment: Weekend Call Coverage: Provide
essential call coverage for pediatric surgical patients on
weekends, with a current need for 1-2 weekends per month.
Individualized Weekday Options: Discuss the possibility of
participating in weekday activities on an individualized basis to
gain familiarity with the hospital and cardiac team. Long-Term
