full-time Physical Therapist (PT) in this unique setting.

includes Physical and Occupational Therapy. Eagleville is a
specialty health care facility dedicated to supporting the recovery
of those who are challenged by substance use, mental health, and
co-occurring disorders, including patients who are traditionally

started! Qualifications: 1. Must have a valid Physical Therapy
license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license and
eligibility. 2. Must have a Master's degree in Physical Therapy; or
must have a Master's degree in a Physical Therapy related field in
addition to a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy; or must have a
Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively
responsible PT experience. 3. The qualifying Physical Therapy
degree earned outside of the U.S. must be evaluated to be the U.S.
equivalent to a degree in Physical Therapy. Posted Salary Range:
USD $45.00 - USD $52.00 /Hr. Bonus: USD $10,000.00
