initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with the surgical
team to deliver comprehensive nursing care throughout
cardiovascular operations. Monitor patient vital signs and respond
promptly to changes during procedures. Prepare the operating room
with necessary instruments and equipment specific to cardiovascular
surgeries. Maintain strict adherence to sterile techniques and
safety protocols. Document all aspects of patient care accurately
and timely. Provide preoperative and postoperative patient
education and support. Qualifications: Active Registered Nurse (RN)
license. Proven experience in Cardiovascular Operating Room
nursing. Strong knowledge of cardiovascular anatomy, surgical
procedures, and intraoperative care. Ability to work efficiently in
high-pressure environments. Excellent communication and teamwork
