Job Description:

Supervise nursing staff and manage team performance. Ensure
compliance with healthcare regulations and standards. Develop
strategies to enhance patient care and satisfaction. Coordinate
with other departments to streamline care processes. Manage staff
scheduling, recruitment, and retention. Implement patient safety
and risk management initiatives. Strong leadership and
organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal
skills Proficient in healthcare management software In-depth
knowledge of operating room procedures and safety protocols Ability
to handle high-stress situations Medical Insurance Dental Insurance
