Job Description Join Our Team as an Electrophysiology Physician – Make a Difference in Cardiac Care Are you a skilled Cardiac Electrophysiologist seeking an impactful role within a dynamic healthcare environment? We are looking for a dedicated Electrophysiology Physician to join our team on an ongoing basis. This position offers the opportunity to provide advanced electrophysiology services, contribute to innovative patient care, and work in a collaborative setting that values excellence and professional growth. In this role, you will support outpatient and inpatient electrophysiology departments, performing complex procedures such as pacemaker and ICD implants, loop recorder management, and arrhythmia ablations. You will work with a dedicated clinical team, utilizing the EPIC EMR system, and serve a diverse patient population ranging from 18 to 100 years old. The position’s schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with additional coverage as needed for vacations and supplementary hours up to 40 per week. Required Skills - Board Certification in Cardiac Electrophysiology - Valid Medical License and DEA registration - Proven experience in electrophysiology procedures, including pacemaker and ICD implantation, arrhythmia ablations, and loop recorder management - Proficiency with EPIC EMR system - ACLS and BLS certifications - Excellent clinical judgment, communication, and team collaboration skills Nice to Have Skills - Experience in an academic or teaching setting - Additional certifications in advanced electrophysiology techniques - Familiarity with telemedicine platforms Preferred Education and Experience - MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school - Minimum of 2 years of post-fellowship electrophysiology practice - Prior experience working in hospital or clinical settings Other Requirements - Ability to obtain hospital credentialing within 90 days - Willingness to travel occasionally for professional development or off-site procedures - Current licensure and certifications in good standing We offer a competitive hourly pay rate of $443.43, along with comprehensive benefits including weekly pay via direct deposit, medical coverage, paid sick leave, licensure and certification reimbursements, and participation in our robust referral bonus program.
