Active Maryland Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Recent experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred. Experience treating geriatric patients, post-acute care, and familiarity with common SNF documentation systems preferred. Assignment Details Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility. Shift Name: Days.
