Posting Summary The Department of Community Health is searching
for one (1) full time General Dentists at the rank of RBHS
Instructor/Assistant Professor, Non-Tenure Track in Northfield, NJ
(Atlantic County) at the RSDM University John H. Cronin Dental
Center. This faculty member in the Department of Community Health
provides support for students, assure timely care for the patients,
serve as a nucleus for interdepartmental faculty communication and
provide all phases of patient care as required. Key
responsibilities include supervising and instructing students,
evaluating competencies, reviewing and authorizing patient records,
and maintaining quality assurance and compliance with
institutional, state, and federal regulations. The faculty member
will diagnose and treat a wide range of oral health conditions,
administer anesthesia, manage emergencies, and participate in
preventive dentistry and patient education programs. Additional
duties include consulting with medical staff, remaining current in
dental practice, participating in faculty calibration and
standardization, and performing administrative and on-call
responsibilities as needed. Overview New Jersey’s premier academic
