What You'll Do As a Pharmacy Technician at Hereford Pharmacy, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our patients receive the care and attention they deserve. Your responsibilities will include: - Assisting the pharmacist in preparing and dispensing medications accurately. - Adjudicating prescriptions to third party payers. - Managing inventory, including stocking shelves and monitoring medication supplies. - Providing friendly and professional customer service at the counter and over the phone. - Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. - Collaborating with the team to maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace. What We're Looking For We're seeking candidates who are passionate about helping others and have the following qualifications: - At least 1 year of experience as a Pharmacy Technician. - Registration with the Maryland Board of Pharmacy or National Pharmacy Technician Certification is preferred. - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to interact with patients and team members. - A team-oriented mindset with a commitment to upholding our high standards of care.
