Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant Location: Lanham, MD Agency: Ambition 24Hours Pay: $1,785 per week Shift Information: Rotating - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 14 Weeks Start Date: 4/6/2026 About the Position Travel Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) Location: Lanham, MD (20706) Shift: Day Shift | 08:00 AM 04:30 PM Schedule: Contract (15 Weeks) Compensation $36.00 $42.00/hr Overview We are seeking a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) to support occupational therapy services and help patients improve daily living and functional skills. Key Responsibilities Assist in implementing treatment plans developed by the Occupational Therapist Support patients with therapeutic activities and exercises Monitor and document patient progress Educate patients and families on therapy techniques Maintain accurate and timely documentation Collaborate with the healthcare team Requirements Active COTA license (state of practice) Current BLS certification preferred Previous rehab or clinical experience preferred Strong communication and patient care skills Additional Details 15-week contract 35 hours guaranteed per week May require weekend availability Must bring valid government-issued ID Must meet all facility compliance requirements
