Vantor, Inc. is looking for a dedicated Growth Executive to join our Business Development & Strategic Planning department. As a leader in IT service provision with a strong emphasis on AI-driven solutions and data analytics, Vantor, Inc. requires a visionary individual who can harness digital tools to drive strategy formulation and implementation in government sectors. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between cutting-edge technology solutions and the unique needs of public sector clients, facilitating growth through strategic partnerships and innovative approaches to public service improvement. Identify and target potential government clients and strategic partners. Collaborate with IT and data analytics teams to develop customized solutions for public sector challenges. Lead proposal development and contract negotiation processes. Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor actions within the government sector. Develop strategic plans that align with both the company’s objectives and public sector needs. Establish and maintain relationships with key government stakeholders and industry leaders. Leverage analytics and insights to create actionable strategies for penetration and growth. Oversee the project lifecycle from concept through to completion, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. Strong analytical skills Proficiency in data-driven strategy development Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to manage complex projects Understanding of government procurement processes and regulations Experience with CRM and ERP software 401k Project Management Professional (PMP) certification Certification in Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) Certified Government Financial Manager (CGFM) preferred but not required
