are seeking for an MES Automation Engineer, responsible for
development, maintenance, and support of the manufacturing
execution system solution that is utilized within the digital plant
manufacturing network to produce medicines. This includes
successful delivery of projects, support, and continuous
improvement focused on effectiveness and cost reductions in
manufacturing operations. You will: Drive MES solution scope
typically includes software (recipe) components and library
configuration, interfacing of MES with enterprise-wide applications
and plant floor applications and benchtop instruments, reports for
batch release, and any customization that supports digital
manufacturing. Be responsible for delivering simple to complex
changes to MES application or recipes build within MES solution.
Partner with business stakeholders – Manufacturing, Quality,
Process engineers to understand business requirements and translate
to MES solutions. Be responsible for assessing the risk and impact
the changes, patches, outages, or other events can have on MES
solution. Be responsible for testing MES recipes that interface to
ERP (Enterprise resource planning), CMMS (Asset calibration
system), Quality execution systems including LIMS (Laboratory
inventory management system), process control systems, and other
digital solutions. Ensure compliance with data integrity and
computer system validation requirements and regulations as a part
of MES system or recipe build and testing. Understand the changes
that impact the validated state of an application and underlying
infrastructure. Adhere to, develop, and continuously improve the
operation and maintenance procedures for process controls and
manufacturing execution systems. Provide off-hours manufacturing
support as digital SME (Subject matter expert) as part of an
on-call rotation (as needed per client project). Serve as an
ambassador who embodies our Core Values, prioritizing the success

our associates. You have: BS/BA in engineering, computer science,
IT, or equivalent technical discipline. Working knowledge of
Process automation, MES, and batch manufacturing industry standards
(ISA 88 and 95). 1 years of direct experience with MES or
Automation systems (SCADA, DCS, PAT, Data historian) in regulated
manufacturing industry. 3 years engineering, troubleshooting, or
solutions design of Emerson Syncade, Körber/Werum PASX, Siemens
Opcenter Execution Pharma (Simatic EBR), POMS, Rockwell
PharmaSuite, Tulip, or other Life Sciences focused on MES systems.
