Position Summary: We’re hiring a Level 4 Residential HVAC Service Technician — a proven leader in the field who knows how to troubleshoot, fix, communicate, and coach without waiting for permission. This isn’t a clipboard-and-clipboard kind of leadership. This is hands-on, solve-it-under-fire, teach-while-you-run leadership. You’ll own the toughest calls, represent Alpha 1 at the highest level, and set the tone for every tech coming up behind you.
