Job Description:
The IT Support Technician Level 1 (Depot Technician) is
responsible for supporting daily depot operations, including
receiving, processing, diagnosing, cleaning, and preparing computer
equipment for deployment or return. This role ensures accurate
asset tracking, timely ticket management, and proper handling of
equipment in accordance with company standards. Working hours begin
7:00-8:00 AM Key Responsibilities: Receive incoming computer
equipment and peripherals Unpack and inspect shipments for accuracy
and damage Perform cleaning and basic refurbishment of computers
and related hardware Conduct hardware diagnostics and
troubleshooting Perform occasional system imaging and configuration
Maintain and update asset inventory database Manage and update
ServiceNow tickets accurately and timely Prepare and pack equipment
for shipment or redeployment Ensure proper labeling and
documentation of all equipment Maintain an organized and secure
depot workspace Basic Requirements: Currently pursuing a degree in
Information Technology, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence,
or related field US citizenship required Ability to lift and move
boxes up to 50 pounds Frequent standing, bending, and moving
equipment Ability to safely handle and transport computer equipment
Preferred Qualifications: Entry-level IT experience or prior
depot/technical support experience Familiarity with ServiceNow or
similar ticketing systems Experience with asset management systems
Basic knowledge of computer hardware troubleshooting Experience
with Windows imaging and configuration processes Strong attention

business needs, Leidos reasonably anticipates that this job
requisition will remain open for at least 3 days with an

posting date as listed above. Pay Range: Pay Range $48,100.00 -
$86,950.00 The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general
guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.

experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal
equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement
