government forward! Job Description: The Tricentis Tosca Developer
is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automated
test scripts using the Tricentis Tosca test automation tool to
support the Army's SAP landscape. The developer will work closely
with the project team to understand business requirements, identify
test scenarios, and create robust and reusable test automation
assets. Key Responsibilities : Analyze business requirements and
translate them into comprehensive test automation scripts using
Tricentis Tosca, including: Designing and implementing modular,
data-driven, and maintainable test automation frameworks Creating
complex test cases that cover a wide range of SAP business
processes and functionalities Developing custom libraries,
keywords, and actions to extend the capabilities of Tricentis Tosca
Integrating Tricentis Tosca with other tools and systems (e.g., SAP
GUI, Fiori, web applications) to enable end-to-end testing Design,
develop, and maintain automated test cases and suites to ensure
comprehensive testing coverage, including: Identifying critical
test scenarios and prioritizing them based on risk and business
impact Implementing advanced features of Tricentis Tosca, such as
parallel execution, conditional branching, and error handling
Developing reusable test assets and templates to improve efficiency
and consistency Implementing robust validation and verification
mechanisms to ensure the accuracy of test results Collaborate with
cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers,
and quality assurance personnel, to align test automation efforts
with project goals, including: Participating in requirement
gathering and design sessions to provide input on testability and
automation feasibility Coordinating with team members to ensure
seamless integration of test automation into the overall
development and release process Providing training and guidance to
team members on the use of Tricentis Tosca and best practices for
test automation Continuously enhance and optimize the test
automation framework to improve efficiency, maintainability, and
scalability, including: Identifying and implementing opportunities
for automation improvements, such as reduced script maintenance,
increased reusability, and improved reporting Implementing advanced
Tricentis Tosca features, such as object recognition, self-healing,
and test data management Collaborating with the development team to
ensure the test automation framework aligns with changes in the
underlying SAP application Provide support and troubleshooting for
the deployed test automation solutions, including: Investigating
and resolving issues related to test script failures, environment
setup, and tool integration Analyzing test results and generating
reports to identify trends and areas for improvement Providing
guidance and assistance to the project team on the effective use of
Tricentis Tosca Participate in knowledge sharing and mentoring of
junior team members, including: Sharing best practices, coding
techniques, and lessons learned with the team Providing training
and hands-on guidance on Tricentis Tosca development and test
automation concepts Fostering a collaborative and learning-oriented
environment within the team Required Qualifications: Minimum 5
years of experience as a Tricentis Tosca developer, with a strong
track record of delivering successful test automation projects
Extensive experience working in a Department of Defense (DoD) SAP
landscape, with a deep understanding of SAP business processes and
technical architecture Proficient in writing advanced automated
test scripts using Tricentis Tosca, including the use of custom
libraries, complex logic, and data-driven approaches Hands-on
experience with test automation frameworks, design patterns, and
best practices, such as modular design, reusability, and
maintainability Familiarity with a wide range of SAP technologies,
including ABAP, Fiori, S/4HANA, and integration with other
enterprise systems Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills,
with the ability to troubleshoot and debug complex issues Strong
communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to
effectively work with cross-functional teams Ability to work in a
fast-paced, agile environment and adapt to changing requirements
and priorities Preferred Qualifications: Experience in test
automation for government or military projects, with a deep
understanding of compliance requirements and security best
practices Knowledge of Agile software development methodologies and
experience in Scrum or Kanban-based project management Familiarity
with other test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium) and the
ability to leverage them in a hybrid automation approach
Understanding of DevOps and Continuous Integration/Continuous
Deployment (CI/CD) processes, and experience in integrating test
automation into the CI/CD pipeline As required by local law,

compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of
California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts,
Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, the District
of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland . The base pay range for
this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for
roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide
array of factors, including but not limited to office location,
role, skill set, and level of experience. Accenture Federal
