global security? The Leidos Intelligence Sector is seeking a
skilled All-Source Analyst (Current Intelligence) - Senior , to
support the USCYBERCOM J2 mission, to provide timely and actionable
current intelligence analysis in support of Department of Defense
Information Network (DoDIN), USCYBERCOM, and associated component
operations and defense. The analyst will leverage multiple sources
of intelligence to assess, interpret, forecast, and explain a wide
range of national security issues with both regional and functional
significance. This position is essential to supporting daily
mission requirements, enabling informed decision-making, and
strengthening cyber defense posture against dynamic adversaries.

What you'll be doing: Conduct analysis utilizing intelligence and
information from multiple sources to assess, interpret, and
forecast a broad array of national security developments and
current events, both regionally and functionally oriented. Provide
daily current intelligence briefs and tailored products supporting
the DoDIN, USCYBERCOM, and subordinate component missions, often
under short suspense timelines. Perform research and develop
analysis on current event topics related to cyber threats against
the DoDIN, critical U.S. infrastructure, key resources, and in
support of ongoing and emergent operations. Produce written and
oral intelligence products that demonstrate in-depth understanding
of the relevant subject matter and clearly articulate adversary
doctrine, objectives, and technical cyber capabilities. Ensure
ongoing collection requirements are appropriately defined for
technically complex intelligence needs and reflect the evolving
information environment. Leverage resources such as Cyber
Intelligence Updates articles, J2 Daily Briefs slides, and other
current intelligence products as needed to maintain high
situational awareness and support a rapid response posture to
current and emerging threats. Consistently employ all-source
analytic tradecraft and standards prescribed by the Office of the
Director of National Intelligence (ODNI) and the Defense
Intelligence Agency (DIA), including but not limited to ICD 203
(Analytic Standards), ICD 206 (Sourcing Requirements), ICD 208
(Writing for Maximum Utility), and ICD 209 (Review of Disseminated
Analytic Products). Document Operation Instructions (OIs) for
command-wide programs and initiatives as assigned by the
Government, ensuring best practices and operational processes are
captured and disseminated. Foster ongoing communication and
collaboration with counterparts across the intelligence community
to ensure analytic accuracy, shared situational awareness, and
mission alignment. Needed Experience, Skills, and Education:
Minimum 12 years of experience related to the specific labor
category with at least a portion of the experience within the last
2 years. Master’s degree in an area related to the labor category
from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by
the U.S. Department of Education; or have Bachelor’s degree related
to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an
agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education and an
additional 5 years of related senior experience, for a total of 17
years, as a substitute to the Master’s degree. Additional years of
experience may be considered in lieu of degree. Clearance Needed:
Active DoD TS/SCI with Polygraph required. We are not able to

Education: Knowledgeable of and demonstrates ability to apply IC
and DoD classification guidelines and procedures. Demonstrates
ability to use logic and systematic approaches to gather, evaluate,
and synthesize multiple sources of information. Demonstrates

sources of information. Demonstrates ability interpreting analysis
to include, but is not limited to, its meaning, importance, and
implications. Demonstrates ability to defend analytic judgements
with sound, logical conclusions and adapt analytic judgments when
presented with new information, evolving conditions, or unexpected
developments. Demonstrates ability to produce timely, logical, and
concise analytic reports, documents, assessments, studies, and
briefing materials in formats including Microsoft Office tools
(e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.), electronic / soft copy
matrices and / or web-enabled formats. Demonstrates ability to
communicate complex issues clearly in a concise and organized
manner both verbally and non-verbally; with strong grammar skills.
Demonstrates ability to develop structured research including, but
not limited to, obtaining, evaluating, organizing, and maintaining
information within security and data protocols. Demonstrates
ability to recognize nuances and resolve contradictions and
inconsistencies in information. Demonstrates comprehensive mission
knowledge and skills that affirms completion of all developmental
training and experiences for the labor category. Demonstrates
ability to collaborate and work with other IC members on
information sharing, driving collection, and addressing analytic
disputes and conflict resolution. Demonstrates the ability to
communicate understanding from information that may be incomplete,
indirect, highly complex, seemingly unrelated, and / or technically
advanced. Demonstrates ability to structure analysis based on
trends in reporting and a range of analytic perspectives from other
analysts, organizations, and intelligence disciplines. Demonstrates
ability to work independently with minimal oversight and direction.

Range: Pay Range $116,350.00 - $210,325.00 The Leidos pay range for
this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of
compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending

job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as
well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable
bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
