Professional Solutions Delivered, LLC (ProSoDel) is a total solutions provider for government and commercial customers in the areas of Program Management, Logistics, Organizational Change Management, Communications, Training, and Information Technology (IT) Support Services. We are currently seeking an IT Specialist – Senior (SharePoint) to join our team of professionals in support of the Marine Corps Center for Lessons Learned (MCCLL). Essential Duties & Job Functions: Maintain MCCLL SharePoint websites across NIPRNET and SIPRNET environments, including management of webpages, document libraries,Battleboardrecords, folders, and archived content. Manage and organize lessons learned content across MCCLL SharePoint and Joint Lessons Learned Information System (JLLIS) platforms to ensure accessibility, usability, and proper structure. Provide subject matterexpertiseand perform functionality testing of MCCLL SharePoint websites and JLLIS prior to system upgrades and releases. Provide user support for MCCLL SharePoint platforms, including responding to and resolving requestssubmittedthrough designated support channels. Provide SharePoint site administration support, including permissions management, content organization, and site maintenance activities. Ensure content is properly formatted, accessible, and aligned with program standards and Government requirements. Coordinate with stakeholders and users to troubleshoot issues, implement updates, and improve site functionality and usability. Support content lifecycle management, including updates, archiving, and organization of lessons learned materials. Maintain awareness of system changes, updates, and enhancementsimpactingMCCLL SharePoint and JLLIS environments. Perform related work as assigned. Must be willing to work onsite asrequiredto support program execution. Job Requirements (Education, Experience, Professional Associations) Education Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field with at least eight (8) years of relevant experience; OR Master’s degree in a related field with at least five (5) years of relevant experience; OR Equivalent combination of education, training, anddirectlyrelated experience. Required Experience Experience administering andmaintainingMicrosoft SharePoint environments. Experience managing web-based content, document libraries, and site structures. Experience providing user support and troubleshooting technical issues in a SharePoint or similar environment. Experience supporting system testing, validation, or upgrade activities. Experience working in DoD or Federal IT environments. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing structured content repositories. ExperienceutilizingMicrosoft Office Suite and SharePoint tools to manage and present information. Familiarity with NIPRNET/SIPRNET environments and handling Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI). Desired Experience Experience supporting MCCLL or similar knowledge management systems. Experience using Joint Lessons Learned Information System (JLLIS). Experience with SharePoint site design, configuration, or customization. Prior military or Government support experience preferred. Clearance Must be a United States Citizen. Mustpossessan active DoD Secret clearance or be currentlyadjudicatedand eligible for Secret access in DISS at the time of award and throughout performance. Must be ableto obtain andmaintaina Common Access Card (CAC). *As a condition of employment, employees must successfully complete a background investigation and a drug screen in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
