associate to join their Employment and Labor Practice group The
ideal candidate must have 1-3 years of broad experience and
sophistication in the area of employment counseling, especially as
it pertains to statutory and regulatory compliance, executive
employment and separation agreements, and employment dimensions of
M&A transactions. Some litigation and/or affirmative action
plan experience is a plus. Qualified candidates should have strong
academic credentials and communication skills.
