Job Description Job Description Desired Skills & Experience: 3 Years Manufacturing experience working with industrial grade equipment Conveyor experience - comfortable working around machines that move product, spin, & rotate Ability to remove & replace motors Experience troubleshooting industrial equipment (gears, belts, bearings, mechanical drives, etc.) Plusses: Experience in bottling, packaging, or distribution environments Ability to read basic mechanical or electrical diagrams/schematics Day-to-Day: Insight Global is hiring Maintenance Technicians who will support a manufacturing facility in the spirits industry. In this role, this individual will be responsible for keeping production equipment running across process, bottling, and distribution areas. This individual’s day will involve troubleshooting mechanical issues on conveyors and other moving equipment, replacing or repairing motors, ensuring proper rotation and alignment after installation, and supporting general industrial machinery that spins, moves, or assembles products. This individual will respond to equipment problems, complete basic preventive maintenance, assist with small repairs, and make sure machines stay safe, reliable, and operate smoothly. This individual will also work closely with the Lead and production teams to keep the facility running efficiently and help maintain an organized, proactive approach to maintenance in a fast?paced manufacturing environment.
