The RoleThe Call Center Reservationist is the first contact for our guest's, duties include: answeringquestions about the restaurants, booking dinner reservations, anticipating guest needs and meetingor exceeding those needs, responding to and resolving guest inquires and complaints, andcoordinating with other departments to ensure guests feel well-cared for and valued. Availability on Weekends. Shifts are from 9 AM to 5 PM? Maintain a personal demeanor that is friendly, cheerful, and courteous at all times.? Ensure that all guests feel welcomed to the property.? Generate reservations for all restaurants, confirmation calls, and guest follow up calls? Ensure guest satisfaction by responding to guest inquiries with accurate information and apositive attitude.? Answer inquiries pertaining to restaurant hours, menus, entertainment, and travel directions.? Welcome and effectively resolve guest questions, issues, and complaints with supervisorassistance as needed.? Provide constant and consistent communication with other departments andsupervisors/managers in order to ensure guest satisfaction.?
