Connecting. Growing together.As aBusiness Development Advisor(BDA),
you will be responsible for identifying prospects, driving lead
generation activities, qualifying leads and supporting the Solution
Sales Executives in their top of funnel sales processes. The
Business Development Advisor will work as part of a team supporting
growth activities in the Provider Market across all products in
their assigned team's purview.You'll enjoy the flexibility to
telecommute* from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some
tough challenges.Primary Responsibilities:
- Generates new business leads/ pre-pipeline development through
daily prospecting calls and emails to prospective new or existing
clients around assigned products and solutions
- Leverages data from various internal resources like Definitive,
Salesforce, Analytic Zone to inform territory strategy
- Determines appropriate contacts for prospecting various
products in the portfolio
- Collaborates with Provider Sales Operations, Marketing and
Market Solutions on outreach messaging
- Tracks activities pertaining to prospecting initiatives in
Salesforce; opens new opportunities in Salesforce using Provider
stage progression guidelines
- Maintains strong working knowledge of market trends,
competitors in assigned market and industry developments to
identify new opportunities
- Optimizes Marketing campaigns and initiatives, driving both
participation and follow up engagement from conferences and client
meetings; timely follow-up of trade show, email, webinar, mailing,
phone, web and other leads to generate more businessQualifying the
pipeline:
- Follows up on Marketing leads in a timely manner and sets up
and facilitates calls and meetings designed to qualify a
prospective opportunity
- Conducts discovery interviews and conversations with prospects
to determine whether there is an opportunity and the timing of that
opportunity
- Ensures a seamless pass-off to the Solution Sales Executives
and/or Account Executives as appropriateSolution Sales Partnership:
- Partners with assigned Solution Sales Executives on overall
strategy to ensure strong pipeline build towards goal
achievement
- Drives outreach strategy and activities in conjunction with
Solution Sales Executives and Account Executives based on
relationship history with client contacts
- Conducts territory research to support Solution Sales
Executives assigned territory / product penetration
- Collaborate with the Solution Sales Executive for execution on
pre-pipeline to Stage 1 internal and external activities.Oversee
pipeline to point of handoff to the SE at Stage 2You'll be rewarded

you may be interested in.Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED (or higher)
- 2+ years of healthcare experience
- 2+ years of Business Development experience (sales, lead
generation, etc.)
- Intermediate level of proficiency in SalesforcePreferred
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree (or higher)
- Experience or knowledge of Clinical/ Quality/ Hospital
Operations
- 3+ years of sales and opportunity managementSoft Skills:

products and services

this role is $21.63 to $48.08per hour based on full-time
employment. Pay is based on several factors including but not
limited to local labor markets, education, work experience,
