This involves collaborating with product management, engineering, sales, and marketing teams to deliver cutting-edge capture experiences on next-generation mobile and camera devices. The ideal candidate is passionate about creating exceptional mobile software and motivated to design apps for capturing, editing, and viewing 3D spaces and objects.Responsibilities

• Partner with product and engineering teams to deliver premium products and services.
• Provide clear vision, design direction, and ownership for initiatives, including creating deliverables, communicating with teams, and validating work with customers.
• Create user flows, story maps, workflow diagrams, and other artifacts during the conceptual design phase.
• Explore multiple solutions, balancing high-fidelity mockups and prototypes with simple sketches and wireframes.
• Present work humbly and be receptive to feedback.
• Collaborate with engineers to ensure design feasibility and proper implementation.
• Monitor design pattern effectiveness and promote necessary updates to the design system.
• Support team development through participation in interviews and feedback.
• Advocate for the user at all times.Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
• 6+ years of product design experience, preferably in SaaS.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a portfolio demonstrating successes and failures.
• Experience leading discovery sessions and user testing.
• Strategic thinker with attention to detail.
• Ability to defend designs and accept constructive criticism.
• Experience working with design systems across organizations.
• Deep familiarity with design tools for iOS and Android.
• Passion for accessibility and inclusive design practices.
