The role involves managing relationships with external contracting companies and stakeholders to deliver Western Power's contractual work effectively, efficiently, and to the required standards.Your Role in Action

• Ensure external contractors' full compliance with the Contract Management Framework and contractual obligations.
• Act as Superintendent's Representative in accordance with AS4000, AS4902, and AS4906 contracts.
• Maintain high compliance levels and consistent application of the Contract Management Framework, and report any breaches.
• Oversee the constructability review of work packages prior to contract execution.
• Manage schedules focusing on critical paths.Focus Areas for Effective Delivery

    • Relevant trade qualification in electrical and/or civil disciplines, engineering, or HSE qualification.
    • At least 5-6+ years of experience in power and/or heavy industry planning, construction, operation, commissioning, and maintenance.
    • Knowledge and experience in contract management and execution best practices.
    • Experience in safety management, occupational health, hazard investigation, and emergency response.
    • Proven ability in conflict resolution and stakeholder relations management.
    • Strong influencing, development, and motivation skills to change behaviors.
    • Experience in performing constructability reviews on design packages.
