Job Description:
The Senior Product Manager will support development of strategy
and will execute tactics directed at health care professionals
(HCP) in the hospital setting for promotion of KCENTRA in the US.
This individual will drive brand growth and increase brand equity
by leading insight-driven marketing recommendations and execution
focused on HCP education, adoption and advocacy for KCENTRA. This
individual will advance and manage the core promotional strategy,
peer-based promotional plan and HCP scientific education plan. This
role requires the marketer to manage and execute on multiple
initiatives at once and requires strategic thinking, leadership,
collaboration, innovative ideas, data analytics and the ability to
solve brand challenges. This role also includes responsibilities
for supporting annual brand planning, and agency management.
Day-to-day responsibilities include: Developing impactful creative,
messaging and core content aligned with the commercial strategy
Driving non-personal and personal HCP engagement and education
activities Leading cross-functional support team members including
medical affairs, insights & analytics, corporate accounts and the
field sales organization to drive key insights and customer driven
decisions for the brand Main Responsibilities: Lead HCP strategy
and execution to ensure that brand/ business objectives are met
Guide strategic decisions and ensure flawless execution of
promotional programs for HCPs Orchestrate content development
aligning with insights and overall accountability for creative
assets, from brief to launch, including collaboration with field
team for feedback and input Design and execute innovative HCP
promotional initiatives and tactics in alignment with brand
strategic imperatives Develop and advance the brands approach for
building HCP brand advocacy and partnering with HCPs in support of
peer-based promotion Develop promotional messages, messages and
salesforce tools for HCPs, which may include visual aids, emails,
speaker programs and congress materials Advance and lead the HCP
scientific education plan, working closely with key stakeholders to
ensure compliant delivery of scientific information Work with
Insights and Analytics teams to drive insights-backed
recommendations and initiatives Manage the budget and closely
monitor brand performance, ensuring cost-effective delivery of all
programs Manage the internal legal, regulatory and medical review
and approval of new messages and materials to enable responsible
and compliant HCP communications Build effective working
relationships with key internal and external customers Support
annual brand planning and agency management Qualifications:
Bachelors' degree in life sciences or healthcare discipline; MBA
preferred Minimum 7 years relevant health care experience with 5
years commercial marketing experience in pharmaceutical, biotech or
medical device industry Preferred experience marketing to HCPs
within the hospital setting Strong marketing acumen with a solid
grasp of marketing strategy, market research, segmentation, brand
positioning, and tactical plan development. Experience developing
and executing a wide range of successful online and offline
tactics, including digital, print, and video. Exhibiting passion
and empathy to build meaningful experiences with consumers by
understanding their needs and desires. Experience building

desires Experience building productive partnerships and
