Join Us!The primary role of the Shipping and Receiving Associate is to load and un-load trucks, maintain inventory, pick orders for shipping and maintain documentation.HOURS:2:00 pm- 10:30pmWAGE: $18.00- $19.00Primary Responsibilities: The duties for this position include but are not limited to the following:Unpacks, examines and routes incoming shipments, rejects damaged items, records shortages.Responsible for shipping and receiving documentation to include HACCP, QC and Ross paperwork as applicable to the position.Participate in and conduct inventory counts of finished goods, packaging materials and ingredients as directed.Continually monitor product quality and advise of quality issues.Responsible for ensuring proper packaging, coding, label and pallet configuration of shipments.Monitor and report on food safety issues when perceived. Operate in a safe manner during all activities and advise supervision of any safety issues. Continually monitor the facility for security measures or breeches.Load and unload trucksSelect ordersRotate Finished ProductMust be willing to work various start times and/or overtime as neededQualifications:To be eligible for this position, candidates should meet the following requirements:Two years experience operating a fork liftMust be able to lift 50 lbs.Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.May be required to stoop and or climb as needed.Able to operate all equipment on the dock to include lifts, shrink-wrapper, baler, etc.Tulkoff Food Products is a family owned business offering a generous benefit package that includes medical, dental and vision insurance, 401k package with up to 8% company match, paid time off, employer paid life insurance, flexible spending account, participation in local Credit Union and other voluntary benefits.
