If so, let's talk.Your role and responsibilitiesAs a Master Solution Architect, you will conceptualize, develop, communicate, and propose solutions that drive our growth and lead directly to top and bottom-line results. You will work with Federal clients in both long-term and tactical capacities to help solve their critical needs and challenges.

  • Help define client requirements for solutions including services, products, technologies, and capabilities encompassing both IT and non-IT related engineering and scientific disciplines.These solutions may require hardware, software, networking, cloud architectures, Federal Civilian, DoD, Intel, or other specialized domain knowledge to design, develop, and support our federal clients.
    • Work on challenging proposals to deliver technical responses that clearly address requirements and are score-able by government and evaluation teams.Partner with others to define total systems design and technology maturity constraints, develop system architecture and interface definitions, and operational concepts.
      • Develop models and architectural guidelines for current and future system development, and provide technical direction related to system architecture implementation.Required technical and professional expertise
        • At least 10 years of experience with technical architecture, systems engineering (V-model), and project management via Agile methods.
        • At least 5 years of applied experience and SME in hybrid cloud solutions across third-party cloud, DevSecOps, Cloud Native/Container/MicroServices, migration/modernization, and multicloud management.
        • At least 3 years of experience in on-premise, cloud, and hybrid cloud solution development.
        • Excellent client-facing skills, with the ability to articulate the value and rationale of solutions in written, presentation, and oral formats.
        • Proven technical writing skills with experience in Federal proposal development.
        • Broad knowledge of SDN & SD-WAN across clouds and legacy enterprise environments.
        • Capability to lead solution architecture via design thinking workshops, including IT/Digital Transformation, Modernization, and Migration efforts.
        • Technical depth in VM, containers, serverless technologies, AI, ML across any cloud and on-premise enterprise.
        • Cloud architect certifications such as AWS, Azure, Google, IBM, or others.
        • Deep understanding of DevSecOps and Agile methods.Preferred technical and professional experience
