Job Description:

Metric5 is seeking a PeopleSoft Quality Assurance Analyst with expertise working in an Agile environment using JIRA on a COTS (PeopleSoft) product.
Responsibilities

• Analyze business and functional requirements for a COTS product (PeopleSoft).
  
• Update Requirements Matrix to maintain traceability of requirements through the lifecycle.
  
• Support troubleshooting, testing, and training activities, including documenting test cases/plan for user acceptance/stakeholder testing.
  
• Document processes and team guides.
  
• Participate in daily scrums, sprint planning, testing, retrospectives, and sprint reviews.
  
• Support activities related to customer deployments (configuration setup, walkthroughs, testing, etc.).
  
• Interact with users and subject matter experts for requirements, design, and user testing.
  
• Collaborate with users, developers, and other analysts to resolve complex defects and issues.
  
  Candidate Must Have/Be Able To
  
  
• PeopleSoft experience is required.
  
• Create, execute, and document test cases/results based on provided requirements.
  
• Experience working with Agile methodologies and JIRA software is required.
  
• Experience with both manual and automated testing.
  
• Map requirements to test scripts and validate both documented requirements and current functionality against business processes and test scenarios.
  
• Handle multiple assignments based on priorities.
  
• Excellent communication skills are essential.
  
  Desired Qualifications
  Agile and/or PeopleSoft Certifications are highly desirable.
  Education
  Bachelor's Degree is required.
  Salary Range
  $100,000 - $115,000 annually.
  Clearance
  Must be a U.S. citizen eligible for a public trust (or higher clearance).
  Location
  Washington, DC / remote flexibility.
