sustainability. Job Description The Supply Chain Compliance
Specialist will play a pivotal role in ensuring robust Contractor
Purchasing System Review (CPSR) audit preparedness and execution
across our supply chain operations. Reporting to the Defense
Procurement Manager, you will lead efforts to align procurement
processes with DoD standards, mitigate risks, and facilitate
seamless CPSR audits by the Defense Contract Management Agency
(DCMA), and overseeing global supply chain compliance maintaining a
global supply chain compliance matrix across 20 countries. This
position demands a proactive, detail-oriented professional with
deep expertise in A&D and global supply chain regulations to
support our growing portfolio of classified and non-classified
contracts. Key Responsibilities CPSR Audit Preparedness: Conduct
comprehensive gap analyses of the Contractor Purchasing System
(CPS) against DCMA CPSR checklists, FAR 44.3, and DFARS 244.3
requirements. Develop and maintain CPSR readiness documentation,
including policies, procedures, flow-down clauses, and audit trails
for supplier selection, pricing, and quality assurance. Lead
quarterly self-assessments and mock CPSR audits to identify and
remediate deficiencies, ensuring 100% compliance prior to DCMA
reviews. Train procurement teams on CPSR best practices, including
risk-based sourcing, consent to subcontract, and unauthorized
commitment prevention CPSR Audit Execution Serve as the primary
point of contact for DCMA CPSR auditors (ACO), coordinating
on-site/virtual audits, document submissions, and response
timelines. Facilitate real-time audit walkthroughs, interviews, and
evidence gathering to achieve "Acceptable" or "Approved" CPSR
ratings. Prepare and present Corrective Action Plans (CAPs) for any
findings, tracking implementation to closure within 90 days.
Post-audit, analyze outcomes to refine processes and prevent
recurrence, contributing to continuous improvement metrics. Global
Supply Chain Compliance Oversee overall global supply chain
compliance for international operations, ensuring adherence to
country-specific regulations (e.g., EU GDPR, UK Bribery Act,
Australian Defense Export Controls) across 20 partner countries.
Maintain and update the Global Compliance Matrix, a centralized
tool mapping U.S. DoD requirements (FAR/DFARS/ITAR) to local laws,
sanctions, and export controls for seamless flow-down to Tier 1-3
suppliers worldwide. Conduct annual reviews of the matrix to
incorporate regulatory changes, perform risk assessments for
high-risk regions (e.g., ITAR-restricted countries), and support
cross-border subcontract approvals. Ongoing Compliance Support:
Monitor regulatory updates (e.g., CMMC 2.0, NIST SP 800-171) and
integrate into supply chain policies. Collaborate with program
managers to ensure CPSR-compliant subcontracts for DoD programs
exceeding $50M annually. Generate compliance reports for executive
leadership and support ISO 9001/AS9100 certifications.
Qualifications Education Education Bachelor’s degree in Supply
Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience 5 years in A&D supply chain compliance, with 3 years
focused on CPSR audit preparedness and execution at a DoD prime
contractor. Proven track record of successful CPSR audits (e.g.,
"Approved" rating). Certifications CPSM, CPCM, or NCMA CP; CIPS
preferred. DCMA CPSR training completion required within 6 months.
Technical Skills Expertise in SAP/Oracle ERP, and CPSR tools (e.g.,
DCMA iCPS, SharePoint). Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel
for audit metrics). Knowledge In-depth understanding of FAR/DFARS
Parts 44 & 52, ITAR/EAR, DCMA Manual 2301, DoD Class Deviations,
and the global supply chain compliance matrix. Preferred
Qualifications Master’s degree in Supply Chain or Compliance.
Experience with CMMC Level 2/3 supply chain flow-downs. Prior DCMA
auditor liaison role or AS9100 lead auditor certification.
Familiarity with A&D-specific risks (e.g., counterfeit parts
mitigation per DFARS 246.870), and obsolescence risk management.
Key Competencies Exceptional organizational skills for managing
high-stakes audits under tight deadlines. Strong communication to
interface with DCMA, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
Analytical mindset for risk assessment and root-cause analysis.
U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain Secret clearance (required
for classified programs). Travel will be required up to 25%
