and productive lives and is expanding to serve more students. The
unique and child-centered structure of MHSs Health Services
programs enables nurses to focus where their heart is on
student/patient care. We have on campus a 24/7/365 health center
facility with 40-bed infirmary and 3 school medical clinics with
state-of-the art equipment. At MHS, we seek to educate the whole
child. We care about providing comprehensive health and wellness
programs for our students. These include free medical, dental &
psychological care. MHS is a culture of excellence and
collaboration, dedicated to student health and success. We are
seeking a part-time Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to join the
growing team. This is a year-round position with up to 24-29 hours
per week, day shift 7:00 am - 3:30 pm or evening shift 3:00 pm
11:30 pm. including every other weekend and holidays rotation,
based on students needs. The CMAs assist the registered nurses to
provide high quality health care to students from PreK 12 grades in
a 40-bed Health Center and in the school-based clinics. This
includes assisting with admissions & discharge procedures of
students, as well as transporting and accompanying students to and
from medical appointments off campus including emergency room
visits. Hourly pay rate: $22.33 - $29.81, pay is determined based
on experience. Part-time employees are eligible for a retirement

when on duty, and Hershey area discounts. Qualifications:
Vocational or other technical school, certification, training or
apprenticeship beyond high school required. Valid current
certification from a state approved Medical Assistant training
program or equivalent required. At least one year of experience in
providing nursing aide care in a hospital, clinic or residential
care facility required. Current CPR and First Aid certifications.
Valid PA drivers license, in good standing. OSHA trained
blood-borne pathogens. Physically able to lift and assist injured
students. Willing to support and follow school & departmental
policies & procedures. Demonstrated ability to maintain a high
degree of confidentiality. Demonstrated ability to follow detailed
and specific instructions accurately. Commitment to provide high
quality care to children and youth. Demonstrated ability to work in
a collaborative and team environment in a busy and dynamic work
setting. Candidates must demonstrate a high level of integrity, as
