Job Description Job Description We are seeking a Direct Support Professional to join our team! You will assist in the daily care of an individual with special needs. Schedule: - Fridays - Sunday (7:00am - 7:00pm) Responsibilities: - Assist clients with daily living activities - Drive the Individual to the community - Collaborate with individuals and families for the best care opportunities - Maintain a healthy and comfortable living environment - Administering medication - Assisting in the community Qualifications - Previous experience in supporting individuals with special needs is preferred. - Must drive or have a driver's license. - CPR and First Aid - CMT license and Willing to train - 21 and above - Compassionate and caring demeanor - Ability to build rapport with clients - Excellent written and verbal communication skills Company Description Cherished Hands is DDA Provider in Maryland since 2016.
